O ranking de veículos mais vendidos no Brasil em agosto de 2026, com dados consolidados até o dia 28, tem o Volkswagen Polo na liderança entre os carros mais vendidos, com 9.820 unidades comercializadas no período — queda de 0,3% em relação ao mesmo período de julho.
O Volkswagen Tera, líder no segmento de SUVs, é o destaque da atualização, subindo da quinta para a segunda colocação, com 8.528 unidades comercializadas — queda de 11,9% em relação ao mesmo período de julho.
O Fiat Argo agora aparece na terceira colocação, com 7.702 unidades comercializadas — queda de 6,1% em relação ao mês anterior.
Na quarta colocação está o BYD Dolphin Mini, com 7.523 unidades comercializadas — alta de 8,7% em relação ao mês anterior.
O Hyundai Creta completa o top 5, na quinta colocação, com 6.778 unidades comercializadas — alta de 21,0% em relação ao mês anterior.
Projeção de fechamento
Os dados consolidados apontam para um mercado acima de 240 mil unidades em agosto de 2026.

Entre os comerciais leves, a liderança permanece com a Fiat Strada, com 12.679 unidades comercializadas em agosto — queda de 10,7% em relação ao mês anterior.
A Fiat Toro aparece na segunda colocação, com 5.334 unidades vendidas — queda de 3,4% em relação ao mês anterior.
A Volkswagen Saveiro ocupa a terceira colocação, com 4.928 unidades vendidas — queda de 2,9% em relação ao mês anterior.
